¡BIENVENIDOS A “QUEREMOS A TAYLOR LAUTNER COMO JACOB!

Este blog ha sido creado en respuesta a los crecientes rumores sobre Taylor Lautner, el actor que hace de Jacob Black en la exitosa película “Crepúsculo” basada en el libro del mismo nombre escrito por Stephenie Meyer, siendo reemplazado para la próxima secuela llamada “Luna Nueva”.

No queremos que reemplacen a Taylor.

¿Por qué?

Porque:

1) Reemplazar a un actor que hace de uno de los personajes principales en la saga es un GRAN error.

2) Jacob y Edward son los personajes con más fans de la saga. Cambiar la cara de Jacob ahora sería tan malo como cambiar la de Edward. Simplemente, no pueden hacerlo.

3) Los fans ya han relacionado la cara de Taylor con el personaje, y si lo reemplazan, el personaje en “Luna Nueva” no será Jacob.

4) Queremos a alguien en el papel que realmente sepa actuar. No queremos a un tío gigante con montones de músculos que no sepa llevar al personaje de manera adecuada a la pantalla grande.

5) Taylor es Jacob. No hay otra forma de decirlo. Él es el personaje. Los gestos, la sonrisa, la voz, el comportamiento… Simplemente es genial como Jacob.

Las razones son muy abundantes. Y es por eso que hemos creado este blog. Queremos que Summit Entertainment entienda el error que estarían cometiendo al reemplazarle. Por eso hemos escrito un texto para enviárselo en un e-mail o en una carta.

Dear Mr. Feig,

As rumours about Taylor Lautner being fired from his role as Jacob Black are getting stronger, we would like you to know the opinion of the fans about the matter.

We will not have another actor as Jacob Black.

Why?

First, it’s a HUGE mistake to change an actor when said actor plays one of the main roles in the series. Jacob Black and Edward Cullen have the largest fanbases within the Twilight franchise. The fans relate Taylor’s face with Jacob's character the same way we relate Robert’s face with Edward. Although Jacob didn't play a major role in “Twilight” he was one of the most higly anticipated casting selections.

Second, it would be preferable to see a shorter, less muscular actor that can accurately portray Jacob's dynamic personality than simply an actor that looks the part. The same goes for members of the pack. We would prefer normal guys as the werewolves, thank you very much.

Third, because Taylor Lautner IS Jacob Black. In the few minutes he had in the movie, he won us all. His gestures, his simile, his voice, the way he behaved all the time… He is Jacob, and we don’t want a stranger in the role. We want Taylor.

Fourth, because this wouldn’t be fair to Taylor at all. He has been so enthusiastic about his role, which fans of the series truly appreciate. He’s one of the most loved actors in “Twilight”. Whenever he comes out anywhere, the screams are incredible. Everyone knows that a business must listen to the concerns of its consumers. If you wish to continue the success of Twilight with New Moon it is essential that you listen to us now. The fans do not want Taylor replaced, and if our voices fall on deaf ears then New Moon will play to empty seats.

¡MÁS GENTE ESTÁ AYUDANDO!

Desde el Team Jacob Spain se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para afirmar que apoyan nuestra iniciativa:

"Summit, no satisfecha con reemplazar a la directora, quiere reemplazar para la secuela de "Crepúsculo" (anunciada para el 20 de Noviembre de 2009) al actor Taylor Lautner, quien hace de uno de los personajes principales en la saga "Crepúsculo".

Por ahora, esto es sólo un rumor, pero está creando una ola de descontento en los fans. Para todos nosotros, este reemplazo realmente estropea la saga.

Desde el "Team Jacob Spain" y el "Crepúsculo Colombia Cullen", estamos luchando para detener ésto. Hemos enviado e-mails y faxes a Summit, hemos iniciado una petición de firmas y estamos haciendo campañas. Pero no es suficiente.

Una de nuestras campañas es la siguiente:

Pon un perro y una luna al principio de tu nick como queja para que Taylor pueda seguir como Jacob Black. Haz una foto de todos tus contactos con esos símbolos en sus nicks y envía las fotos a: reception@summit-ent.com"

A lot of the "Twilight" series fans are disgusted with this situation about Taylor being replaced. We think that he is perfect to play Jacob's role because of too many reasons that we've commented in lots of mails before. Now, we are showing you the extent of this dissatisfaction. All the fans, no matter the country, are together in this moment. We only want you to know what we want, what we feel about this. We want Taylor Lautner, and nobody else, as Jacob Black.
